Angela Gibson, MSW
Owner and Chief Operations Officer
Angela combines a lifelong commitment to helping others with extensive experience in caregiving, social services, and organizational leadership. Raised in Scranton, Iowa, she learned the values of hard work, compassion, and service from an early age. Her career in healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing direct care to older adults while pursuing her education.
​
Angela earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2002 and her Master's Degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2007. Throughout her career, she has served individuals with severe and persistent mental illness as well as those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, gaining valuable experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of life challenges.

After returning to Iowa in 2019, Angela's personal experience supporting her father through Alzheimer's disease and her mother through Lewy Body dementia deepened her commitment to serving older adults and their families. That journey reinforced her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to remain safe, comfortable, and connected in the place they call home.

As part of Infinity Home Care's leadership team, Angela oversees day-to-day operations, employee development, and organizational culture. She is passionate about creating an environment where caregivers feel supported, valued, and empowered to provide exceptional care. Her leadership helps ensure that both clients and team members experience the compassion, respect, and excellence that define Infinity Home Care.

Angela lives in Iowa with her husband, Jeff, her stepson, and two rescue dogs Max and Axel. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, watching the Cornhuskers, and listening to live music.

Darci Dooley, RN
Owner and Chief Nursing Officer
Darci knew she wanted to be a nurse from the time she was five years old. Growing up in Fort Dodge, Iowa, she was drawn to helping others and knew she wanted a career centered on caring for people. In 2005, she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Iowa Central Community College and has spent more than two decades serving older adults and their families throughout Central Iowa.

Over the years, Darci has developed a deep passion for geriatric and end-of-life care. She believes every person deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect and is committed to helping clients live comfortably and meaningfully on their own terms.
​
As Chief Nursing Officer, Darci leads the organization's clinical care and quality initiatives, ensuring clients receive compassionate, personalized support that honors their unique needs, wishes, and goals. Darci believes that exceptional care goes beyond meeting physical needs. It is also supporting the emotional and spiritual well-being of every client and family she serves, creating meaningful relationships built on trust, compassion, and respect.

Darci lives in Johnston with her husband, Jason, their two sons, and their rescue Boxer, Roxie. When she's not working, she enjoys cheering on her boys at sporting events, traveling with her family, spending time with loved ones, and making memories at the lake.

Rachel Reavis, CSA®
Owner and Chief Financial Officer
Rachel is a dedicated leader with a passion for serving others and helping families navigate important life decisions. A native of Fort Dodge, Iowa, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Buena Vista University and became a Certified Senior Advisor® in 2019.

With leadership experience spanning retail, banking, nonprofit organizations, and healthcare, Rachel brings a strategic and relationship-focused approach to her role. As part of Infinity Home Care's leadership team, she oversees key business functions including growth initiatives, community partnerships, marketing, and organizational development, helping ensure the company continues to deliver exceptional care while expanding its impact across Central Iowa.

Rachel is also passionate about supporting seniors and their families as they navigate the aging journey. As a Certified Senior Advisor®, she provides guidance on healthcare planning, community resources, and long-term care options, helping families make informed decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
​
​Outside of work, Rachel remains actively involved in her community through volunteer and leadership opportunities. She lives in Ankeny, Iowa, with her husband, Mike, and their two rescue dogs, Izzy and Auggie. In her free time, she enjoys listening to live music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Amelia Norton, RN
Nurse Care Manager
Amelia's passion for nursing began at a young age after being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and experiencing firsthand the impact compassionate nurses can have during life's most challenging moments. Growing up in Alden, Iowa, alongside her parents and five older siblings, she developed a deep appreciation for caring for others and building meaningful connections.
​
Amelia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Grand View University in Des Moines and has gained experience across a variety of healthcare settings throughout her nursing career. She discovered a special passion for serving older adults and further strengthened her commitment to end-of-life care through her work in hospice.
​
As a Nurse Care Manager at Infinity Home Care, Amelia is dedicated to supporting clients and their families through every stage of the aging journey. She believes exceptional care extends beyond physical needs and includes emotional, spiritual, and social well-being. Her goal is to help each client maintain the highest possible quality of life while being treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Amelia lives in Ankeny with her husband, Adam, their son, and their lab mix, Loki. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, watching romantic comedies, and making memories with her family through trips to the zoo, science center, and outdoor adventures.

Hanah Shirk, RN
Nurse Care Manager
Hanah is a dedicated Nurse Care Manager at Infinity Home Care who is passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centered care that helps older adults maintain their independence and quality of life. Growing up in Nevada, Iowa, Hanah developed a strong appreciation for helping others and building meaningful relationships, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in nursing.

Hanah earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Iowa Central Community College in 2023 and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Western Governors University in 2025. Throughout her nursing career, she has focused on serving the geriatric population, where she has developed a deep appreciation for the unique needs, experiences, and goals of older adults.

As a Nurse Care Manager, Hanah is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care that supports both clients and their families. She takes pride in building trusting relationships and ensuring each person receives the highest quality care in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. Her compassionate approach and attention to detail help clients feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout their care journey.

Hanah lives in the Des Moines area with her husband, Mason, their son, and their two dogs, Baylor, a Goldendoodle, and Scooby-Doo, a Great Dane. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, working on puzzles, and spending quality time with family and friends.
