About Us
Angela Gibson, MSW
Angela grew up in Scranton, Iowa, raised by her father, a lifelong farmer, and her mother, who ran an in-home daycare. From an early age, she learned the value of family, hard work, and determination. Like her five siblings, Angela began working at 16, but she was the only one to pursue a career in health care. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant and spent three years at Greene County Medical Center, followed by two years at Friendship Haven in Fort Dodge while attending Iowa Central Community College.

Inspired by her passion for helping others, Angela chose to continue her path of service through social work. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2002 and her master’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2007. During her years in Nebraska, she spent five years serving adults with severe and persistent mental health needs and more than 12 years supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Angela returned to Iowa in 2019 after reconnecting with her high school sweetheart, Jeff. At the same time, both of her parents were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Dementia and needed the support of a knowledgeable, compassionate caregiver. This experience guided her back not only to her Iowa roots, but also to her roots in caregiving. Angela began working for a private duty home care company and quickly rediscovered her passion for helping individuals remain safely and comfortably in their homes, surrounded by the people they love.
Darci Dooley, RN
Darci grew up in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and knew from the age of five that she wanted to become a nurse. In 2002, she fulfilled that dream by earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Iowa Central Community College. For more than 17 years, Darci has served the Des Moines metro as a Registered Nurse, specializing in geriatric and end-of-life care.

With a deep passion for supporting aging Iowans, Darci is dedicated to helping clients experience peace and comfort—defined on their own terms—throughout the remainder of their lives. She focuses on each person’s unique wants, preferences, and needs to ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being is honored. Her guiding principles are kindness, dignity, and respect.

“I want nothing more than to support members of the senior community with living their lives in the comfort of their own homes, wherever home may be,” Darci says.

Darci lives in Johnston, Iowa, with her husband, Jason, their two sons (ages 12 and 7), and their rescue Boxer, Roxie. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her boys at baseball games, traveling with her family, and spending time with loved ones—especially at the lake.
Rachel Reavis, CSA®
Rachel grew up in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and has always been driven by a passion for helping and leading others. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Buena Vista University in 2003 and became a Certified Senior Advisor® in 2019.

Rachel developed strong leadership skills early in her career through roles in retail management and the nonprofit sector. She transitioned to the healthcare industry four years ago and has since discovered a true passion for supporting older adults. As a Certified Senior Advisor®, Rachel assists seniors and their families with healthcare planning, access to socioeconomic resources, and preparation for end-of-life organization. She is committed to providing knowledgeable, compassionate guidance that helps individuals navigate important decisions with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, Rachel remains active in her community through volunteer and leadership roles. She lives in Ankeny with her husband, Mike, and their two dogs, Izzy and Auggie. In her free time, she enjoys traveling—especially to tropical destinations—and spending time with family and friends.
