ABOUT THE ROLE
​
As an RN or Caregiver with Infinity Home Care, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through individualized care plans, ensuring they can live safely and comfortably at home. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
​
* Personal Care Support – Assisting with hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Companionship & Emotional Support – Engaging clients in mentally stimulating activities
* Meal Preparation & Homemaking – Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
* Transportation Assistance – Helping with errands, appointments, and outings
* Medication Reminders – Supporting clients in managing their health
* One-on-One Care – Focus on quality, personalized support, not just numbers!

QUALIFCATIONS – WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
​
To join our caring and dedicated team, you must:
​
* Be honest, reliable, and compassionate
* Have a positive attitude and motivation to support clients with varying levels of need
* Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled care assignments
* Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of current car insurance
* Have at least a high school diploma or GED (experience in healthcare is preferred but not required!)
* Be able to read and write in English for documentation and client communication
* Successfully pass all required background and credential checks (Motor Vehicle Record screening, Iowa Criminal History, Iowa Sex Offender Registry, Iowa Central Abuse Registry, Professional License Verification)
