Infinity Home Care is currently hiring Caregivers to join our fast-growing team.

Infinity Home Care offers services to adults and members of the aging population in the Des Moines Metro area. Our Caregivers are the most important member of our care team, having the opportunity to make a daily positive impact on the lives of our clients.

As a caregiver with Infinity Home Care, you will be supporting clients with continuing to live out their lives in the safety and security of their own homes. Your job will be to support each person through the implementation of their individualized care plan. Each client we support has a specifically tailored care plan, that includes care needs including but not limited to personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, transportation, companionship, and homemaking activities. As a Caregiver you will be directly involved in supporting the needs of the clients providing them reliable care, genuine compassion, and unconditional kindness.

All prospective Caregivers of Infinity Home Care must meet the following qualifications:

1. Be honest and trustworthy

2. Be positive and motivated to support clients with various levels of need.

3. Be able to show up on time, as scheduled for all care assignments.

4. Be willing to submit proof of a valid driver’s license with current car insurance.

5. Possess at least a high school diploma or GED, experience in the health care field is preferred, but not required.

6. Be able to read and write English for purposes of communication with clients and documentation.

7. Be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record screening, SING Background Checks (Iowa Criminal History, Iowa Sex Offender Registry, Iowa Central Abuse Registry, and Professional License Information).
